Checkout the Premier League Website. An outstanding performance by Mark Pritchard last Friday. Probably the best darts that Shrewsbury has seen in recent years. www.shrewsburypremierdarts.co.uk

NOTICE TO ALL PLAYERS
Fixture dates:
The only time a Fixture date can be changed if, 1) bad weather conditions 2) exceptional circumstances.
A party or a holiday is not an exceptional circumstance. We are a Friday Night League and all games will be played on the allocated Friday night.
If a team cannot field a team then an 8-0 result is awarded to the other side.
It's not harsh, it's fair, it takes the responsibility of arranging an alternative date away from the teams.
These are the rules.
Also: Transfer window closes on Thursday Night.
And any new signings must be made before the next game after that no NEW players can be signed on. If you play an unsigned player the game will be awarded to the other side 8-0.
A Schedule and Competitions entry sheets will be sent out for the first game in new year.
THANK YOU

A superb night of darts at the Belvidere on Friday night Hippo and Arron Peach were brilliant their best ever average thats what it takes to beat Jim and Paul.My man of the match was Skot Patrick this lad has struggled to throw and release the dart for 2 years it would of beat a lesser man its great to see him battle back and produce his old form credit to you mate

Well you have had the BAFTAS,The Brits and the Oscars this weekend. Now its time to give the awards to Team of the year as another league season rolls to a end after last night games. I have based it on who the Woodman have played against and not on the individual league table Belvidere- Dan Dean Compasses B/H -Shane Knight Compasses Dith-Tony Middleton Crown-Gordon Booth Duncan A - Scott Dockery Duncan B- Neil Proctor Brooklands-Soxy Red Castle-Adam Jones Wheatsheaf-Mark Pritchard Royal Oak-Matt Hyde Mytton - Glyn Thomas Woodman- Hippo Hippo has been superb this season and just nicks it from Arran Peach,Graham Sneldon(Best newcomer) and Paul Andrew.Hippo's darts have been nothing short of sensational not only is he a character but im proud to have him as my team mate the support and passion he gives his team is superb. As for me a mixed season up and down but im pleased to have put pen to paper and signed a 12 month extension to my Woodman contract.Cant say to much but our captain is going after "Mr Big" to sign for us next year.Watch this space.

I love you too, Stubbsy! Based on games against us: Belvidere: Jim Elsey - Gave me a lesson at our place, and pushed me close at theirs Compasses B/H: Shane Knight - We played them early on, so didn't really know what to expect. Didn't really miss anything against Stubbsy. Compasses Dith: James Mansell - Quality, getting better all the time. Has contributed about 90% of the Mansell family's wins this season. Crown: Darren Lane - Yeah, I can't believe it either. Duncan A - Scott Docherty - Great performance at ours. Duncan B: Neil Proctor - For his superb 27 against Rosco in the first game mainly.. Brooklands: Soxy - Can't really remember anything about these games, I'm guessing he was good? He usually is. Red Castle: Adam Jones - Nobody ever seems to really perform in Woody/Castle matches for some reason, but he did play well. Wheatsheaf: Mark Pritchard - Class. Royal Oak: Alex Nicholls - Seem to remember him hitting a lot of ton+s. Mytton: Glyn Thomas - Played quite well against him twice, lost to him twice. Woodman: Azza - Been brilliant all year, his performance against Paul Rowley being the highlight. Dragged me through numerous doubles games as well (140 - 26 - 140 - 30..). Everyone's contributed though. Even Stu! And cheers, Neil, again. Probably gets taken for granted the amount of work you do for this league every week, but extremely grateful. Great season, standard rising year on year, be proud.
